Examples of Prohibited Listings:
The following precious metals (in a manufactured or unmanufactured state): gold, silver, platinum, iridium, osmium, palladium, rhodium, ruthenium, or an alloy with at least 2% in weight of any substance mentioned above
The following precious stones (natural or otherwise): diamond, sapphire, ruby, emerald, jade (including nephrite and jadeite), pearl
Any precious product (jewellery, watch, apparel, accessory, ornament, or other finished product) made up of any of the above precious stones or precious metals, where at least 50% of the value can be attributed to the precious stone or precious metal
Rough diamonds that do not comply with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme
Examples of Permitted Listings:
Costume jewellery or watches with less than 50% precious metals or precious stones (for example, gold-plated, silver-plated)
Semi-precious or manufactured gemstones not included in the list of precious stones above (e.g. agate, amethyst, bloodstone, citrine, crystal, cubic zirconia, onyx, opal, quartz, rhinestone, turquoise, volcanic stone)
Metals not included in the list of precious metals above (for example, aluminium, copper, stainless steel)
Books about precious metals, precious stones, or precious products
Jewellery storage boxes and organisers
Note: Sellers who list prohibited items or content can have their selling permissions removed, either temporarily or permanently.
