The FBA Export program allows you to fulfil orders of eligible products on Amazon.sg to a mailing address that is not within Singapore. You will be able to expand your business to Malaysia without dealing with the complexities of selling internationally, at no additional charge or effort to you.
The FBA Export programme currently offers the following option:
Each seller account is automatically enabled for FBA Export unless you opt out of this programme. By participating in FBA Export, you authorise Amazon and its affiliates to determine to export goods out of Singapore, including signing a commercial invoice on your behalf as required. This commercial invoice will itemise and describe the contents of the shipment, and authorise brokers and other third parties to execute additional documents necessary for the export of your products.
When using FBA Export, please make sure that your relevant FBA products can be lawfully exported from Singapore without any license or other authorisation, and they can be lawfully imported into, and comply with all applicable laws of, any FBA export-eligible country.
Your participation in FBA Export is subject to this programme policy, the terms of the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, and Amazon’s Programme Policies. You must exclude any prohibited products before you start selling with FBA Export.
In the FBA Export programme, you use product listings in your Seller Central account to sell FBA export-eligible products to international customers shopping on Amazon.sg. Amazon.sg does not charge an additional seller fee; however, standard FBA fees are applied.
Certain items are controlled for export under the laws of Singapore, and other applicable countries. They cannot be listed for FBA Export. Typically this is because they:

You can opt out of FBA Export, exclude certain products from the program, or exclude countries and destinations from export to meet your business needs.
You may exclude specific ASINs from the FBA Export program from the FBA Export: Exclude countries/regions per product page. You will need to download the FBA Export exclusion file and follow the instructions in the file to exclude individual products from a country or region. You can edit, add, or remove products from the FBA Export exclusion list at any time.
You may exclude all your products from being exportable to any country by clicking Edit under Shipping Restrictions on the Export Settings page. Select the countries you want to exclude, and click Save.
With FBA Export, Amazon provides fulfilment and customer service for your orders, including processing customer returns. Amazon uses Amazon’s Return Policies to determine whether a unit is eligible to be returned. However, to ensure a great customer experience, Amazon will make case-by-case exceptions and accept returns for units fulfilled through FBA that may be past the stated return time frame.
When a customer returns a product, the standard Amazon returns policy will be followed. If the returned product is received in sellable condition, it will be returned to the original seller’s inventory. If the returned product is not in sellable condition, Amazon will evaluate the product and determine whether you are eligible for a reimbursement in accordance with the FBA lost and damaged inventory reimbursement policy.
