Registering for Amazon Easy Ship
If you self-ship items from Singapore, we invite you to use the Amazon Easy Ship service to deliver eligible items to your customers in Singapore. To register for this service, select Account Information under the Settings tab and navigate to the Amazon Easy Ship Settings section.
There are two methods for sellers to register for Amazon Easy Ship:
Using the Amazon Easy Ship Settings page to opt in for Amazon Easy Ship
- Enter your designated Singapore pick up address where your packages will be shipped from. Note that Amazon Easy Ship currently only supports a single pick up location per seller. If you cannot ship all of your selection from a single warehouse, do not opt into the Amazon Easy Ship service.
- You will be required to confirm that you accept Amazon Easy Ship Terms and Conditions before proceeding with your registration. If your pick up address is covered by Amazon Easy Ship, we will automatically approve your registration into the service.
- Following the registration steps, select your preferred pick up slot, default package dimension, and print setting preference.
Once you register for the Amazon Easy Ship service, all of your eligible seller-fulfilled orders will be shipped using Amazon Easy Ship. An Amazon carrier will pick up the packages from you and deliver to your customers, except orders for products that are not eligible for this service (e.g. heavy/bulky items, oversize items, or certain dangerous items). You will need to self-ship any orders that are not covered by Amazon Easy Ship. For more information, go to Amazon Easy Ship Pickup & Delivery Coverage Location and Product restrictions.
If you need to change your pick up address, go to Account Information under the Settings tab and navigate to the Amazon Easy Ship Settings section. Click Edit to change your pick up address.
Using General Shipping Settings to opt in for Amazon Easy Ship
You can also register for Amazon Easy Ship using the Shipping Settings page in Seller Central. If you are a self-ship seller, you will see the ‘I am interested in Amazon Easy Ship’ opt in option on the ‘General shipping settings’ tab on the ‘Shipping Settings’ page. Click ‘Opt-in’ to start the registration process. During registration, you will be asked for the postcode of your preferred pick up location.
Enabling the ‘I only want Amazon Easy Ship’ option after registering for Amazon Easy Ship
Once you register for the Amazon Easy Ship service, you will see another option that says “I only want Amazon Easy Ship”.
Although Amazon Easy Ship is available for all eligible delivery locations, it does not support heavy/bulky items, oversize items, or prohibited dangerous goods. If you opt into only using Amazon Easy Ship through the “I only want Amazon Easy Ship” option, you will no longer be eligible for those non-supported orders via self-ship and all of your existing self-ship settings will be removed from Seller Central. By selecting this option, you will not receive any orders for products that are not eligible for Amazon Easy Ship. If you wish to continue receiving orders for such products, do not opt for this option in your Shipping Settings.
If you have selected this option but wish to revert to using both Amazon Easy Ship and Self-ship, go to the General Shipping Setting tab and select the ‘I am interested in Self-ship’ option.
You can choose to stop using Amazon Easy Ship at any time. Your use of Amazon Easy Ship does not affect your ability to register your products in the Fulfilment by Amazon (FBA) service.
