Changes to the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement
Due to the launch of Amazon Advertising, you will notice changes to the Business Solutions Agreement. We’ve also made some other minor changes to the Business Solutions Agreement to clarify some existing terms. The changes include:
Your use of Ad Services will be governed by a separate Advertising Agreement that you can read on the Amazon Advertising site.
Clarification of the Selling Partner API Terms to explain the data protection rights and responsibilities for sellers who use third-party applications that access data from an account using any Selling Partner API.
Clarification of the process that we take for dealing with dormant accounts where a seller has no transactions for 2 years or more. Your right to your available balance ends if you do not have any transactions for 2 years or more, but we will make reasonable efforts to ensure payment of your available balance to you within that two-year period.
This list does not include all of the changes, so please review the updated agreement carefully; a redlined version is available here. And if you have questions, reach out to Selling Partner Support. Your continued use of selling services constitutes your acceptance of the updated agreement.
