We currently have Policy Compliance Issue, and we already submitted the LOA, but it is still rejected. can someone help us how to fix this problem? We also updated the Brand logo under brand register and the address so it matched on the LOA.
I have set up my account and put one item on there, everything looks good but when I click "Add to Cart," then the message "Sorry, there was a problem" appears, why?
Tried to "add to cart" using other Amazon account or public but still the error persist.
Appreciate a lot your insights on this matter.
