No.

Amazon may go ahead and charge that card for any fees owed, but you still won't be able to use your selling account.

It must be a true credit card -- not debit.

While debit cards may be accepted in certain circumstances that they meet all the requirements, there are often additional features or limits associated with debit cards that may cause them to be invalid.
