How Does One Contact the Amazon Child Product Safety Team?
One of my products was wrongly identified by Amazon's automated system and deactivated. This is the second time it has happened this year for the same reason so I was hoping it would be resolved quicker this time. The last time, the Amazon Product Safety Team reactivated the product after we submitted all required product certificates in case id 12347162791. However, this time it has been over a month and they keep sending the same automatic response instead of reviewing the case and reactivating our compliant product. The only email we have is highrisk-childsafety@amazon.com
How can we have a real person review this case to finaly resolve the issue?

You have "baby" in your company name. What's the product and what did they ask for (before deactivation) in terms of compliance or other documentation?
