Negative Balance Amazon Pay Won't Deduct from Credit Card
Hi! I have a negative balance from multiple years ago in my Amazon Pay account. I can see the negative balance, and I have a active and up to date credit card, but there is no "Pay off Negative Balance" button or anything. After multiple emails to amazon account folks, I'm still at a loss. I'm being told I need to pay off the balance, but how???

Hello @Seller_GBmsAXiQhyEqU,
Thank you for you for reaching out. There is a problem with your credit card on file. When you register as a seller, you must enter a credit or debit card that will accept international charges and that has a valid billing address located in an eligible country. Your credit or debit card will be billed the monthly fee (if applicable) or USD 1 (excl. VAT) for purposes of validating the card. For more information, go to Registration requirements by country.
Accepted credit or debit cards
We accept the following credit or debit cards:
- American Express
- Diners Club
- Discover
- JCB
- MasterCard
- Visa
Note: We do not accept alternative charge methods, such as prepaid cards, gift certificates, checks, or online payment systems like PayPal.
Amazon uses electronic transfers to pay out your sales proceeds. Before you can receive payments, you have to enter bank account information into your seller account. We cannot transfer funds to a credit/debit card or online payment system such as PayPal.
If the issue does not get resolved. Please open a seller support case and kindly share the case ID with me in this thread.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Cheers,
Micah
