Warehouse: PBI3. An Amazon warehouse that disappoints both sellers and buyers.

Shipment: FBA18J2QD217, Warehouse: PBI3. The system assigned an incorrect inventory classification reference number. Amazon support informed me that this would not affect the receipt or listing of the products. The warehouse received the products on November 2nd, and the backend shows them as checked in and reserved. On December 6th, the products were received again, reserved again, and the quantity was doubled. The front-end page shows the items as available for sale (with an expected arrival date of about one month). However, even though customers have placed orders, the goods are not being shipped, and the shipment date keeps being delayed. Is this how business is conducted? I am really curious—are they working seriously? Are they taking responsibility for both sellers and buyers? I have been selling on Amazon Japan for 4 years, and they have never made a mistake. But on Amazon US, every time, I have to pray that my goods are safely received and listed. Case ID: 16756583631.
