Question about Amazon AWD Processing Fees

Hey everyone,

I have a question regarding one of my products. Each case/carton can accommodate 50 units, and I plan to send a total of 60 case/cartons, which equals 3000 units in total. Will AWD charge me a processing fee of $120 (60 * $2) for the 60 cases/cartons or $6000 (3000 * $2) for the total units?

Good morning @Seller_lKImsIGfpSKSp,

Happy to provide some additional clarity here.

With AWD< Processing fees are charged when a replenishment order is successfully delivered to the Amazon fulfillment network. The fee is calculated by multiplying the applicable processing rate by the number of boxes that were delivered as part of the replenishment order. In your example, it sounds like the number of boxes is 60, in which case your first estimation is correct.

However, if you want confirmation, I recommend reaching out to the AWD support team by using this link, and be sure to include “AWD” or "Upstream storage" or “Amazon Warehousing and Distribution” in your case.

Let me know if you have any additional thoughts or questions.
