How can I report a seller on my listing who is in the buy box
I have a brand registered product which should allow me to be the only seller on my listing. However, yesterday a new seller appeared on my buy box selling my own product at a lower price.
Their name is: 太原泰同达百货商行 and their business name is: Taiyuantaitongdabaihuoshanghanggerenduzi

Can someone please help me report this seller.

Michelle at Amazon here. I understand that you are the brand registered seller of your products, however, that does not mean that you are the only one that can sell your products. Since Amazon is an open marketplace, anyone can sell your items as long as they are authentic. If you feel that these items are not authentic, I would do a test buy, then report them through the Report a Violation tool in your Brand Registry account, providing the order ID, images of what your branded item looks like and what you received so they can review the products and take action if necessary.

Hi. Did your issue get resolved? If so, can you please let me know how you did it. I am in same situation and some seller has listed my brand product and listed it at very low price. I am unable to report the seller. Amazon forums ask for order ID or keep saying there is no violation
