How to file an appeal for an safe-t claim that was granted
Sorry for the question but we submitted a safe-t claim for a $20 item that shipped priority mail. I just noticed that the claim was granted for $3.99 for a restocking fee. We didn't ask for a cheap nonsense response but since they sided with us it appears that we cannot appeal the claim?
We do not file a lot of these so I'm missing on how to appeal. We want the shipping and the proper 50% restocking as we are due. How do we go about appealing this? There is not button or anything, likely because one cannot appeal and decision in your favor. Any help would be appreciated

To appeal the SAFE-T claim, you just click on "View Message" on the SAFE-T claims page, and then write your appeal as a new message. It will re-open the claim.

Hello @Seller_teJJS3Io16ofw,
As mentioned previously, you should be able to raise a SAFE-T claim appeal via the 'Manage SAFE-T Claims' page on Seller Central by clicking the 'view message' option on your claim. You can then appeal to the decision by responding with additional information and images. If you are not seeing this section, you will want to engage the Seller Support team for them to troubleshoot the reason here.
Kindest regards,
