How to proceed? We're following legal restrictions, China sellers are not.

We follow all state regulations. Many products we sell are ineligible for shipment to CA, NY, NJ, MD, DC, WA, RI, OR, and/or MA.

Amazon does not let us restrict items per state, we can suggest an edit but that is it.

We're noticing Chinese sellers come in and violate all state laws and advertise their listings to ship restricted products into these these states.

As a US base company, we cannot violate or ignore state laws, but this begs the question; why can foreign sellers get away with it?
