I am giving up selling on Amazon
I own a toy company. I chose Amazon as the platform to sell my toys. They were inspected by an Amazon approved company who knows how to fill out inspection documents for Amazon. After months of the documents being rejected and no way to contact the department directly, I am giving up. I have no way to figure out what the issue is. These toys were inspected and approved period, which is the most important part here. They passed, yet Amazon refuses to accept the documents. I think something shady is going on behind the scenes, because it doesn't make any sense. Regardless it doesn't matter. They can reject my toys forever if they want. I honestly have no idea how anyone with a toy sells anything on here.

They were "inspected"? You mean lab tested by an approved lab?

Seriously? And you got certification for these medical claims? Because if you don't and I know you couldn't have, you are breaking the law and eventually will get sued into bankruptcy and beyond once the first child swallows one of them darn magnets! You got all US required safety testing for these "super strong" magnets inside of tiny plush animals aimed at children? Are you kidding?
"The magnets that are used in MagniPals are neodymium magnets. These magnets have a strong magnetic pull which keeps the plush toys secured to the wearer’s wrist. There is also another benefit to neodymium magnets that most people don’t know about. These magnets are being used in medical devices to help treat major depressive disorder. Depression is on the rise in children and teens, and neodymium magnets have been proven to have a measurable effect on depression as the occurrence rate has declined by 48% in patients."
Are the magnets safe?
They are safe indeed. Neodymium magnets have actually been shown to help treat Major Depressive Disorder when used in medical devices. We ask that children be at least four years of age when wearing the band. We also ask that parents make sure children have the strength to pull their wrist free from a surface that attracts the magnetic parts.
Strict federal toy safety standards prohibit the use of certain powerful magnets (usually rare earth magnets) in any toy part that is small enough to be swallowed and is intended for children under 14 years old. Te FDA forbids making medical claims for products that are misleading.
