Generate brand names with new AI tool

To help you create compelling brand names, we've created a free artificial intelligence (AI)-powered brand name generator.

This free tool provides brand name ideas that are tailored to your company, product category, and target audience, as well as explanations that detail why each name is effective. It also performs a preliminary search of US Patent and Trademark Office records.

After you choose a name, you can use the Intellectual Property (IP) Accelerator program to connect with vetted IP service providers that offer competitive rates and can guide you through the steps to clear and secure your trademark.

While the name generator can provide a starting point, we recommend that you connect with an authorized attorney to further assess brand name availability.

To get started, go to Create a brand name.

This is everything that's wrong with Brand Registry. Legitimate brands acquire goodwill through developing a reputation, and then get forced onto this monopolistic marketplace. If you don't have a brand name already, you don't have a reputation that's worth protecting.

Perhaps your AI will be better at creating "brand names" than the all-caps keyboard mash that most Chinese sellers have used historically (although Amazon's AI has been spectacularly unimpressive for us), but you're still allowing (and sometimes directly creating) garbage knockoffs of quality products, as long as the seller slaps a different logo on the product. Brands mean nothing here, as price (not quality, warranty, support, durability -- you know, the things brands develop over years) is the primary thing Amazon differentiates on. If a buyer is explicitly looking for a brand, it's one that was built off-Amazon then torpedo'd here (but it won't be one of these new ones created by AI). Otherwise, the brand names are so useless that Amazon themselves is starting removing them from the word-salad product titles that are all too common here (because machine-readable is more valuable than human-readable here, and what Amazon calls a brand is not meaningful in most cases).

The USPTO has real work to do, and you're DDOS'ing the office with these pointless brands that mean absolutely nothing to any buyer. All so you can pretend to give a shirt about brands, so that more REAL brands don't prohibit all 3rd party sellers from listing here.

I tried democrat products and the AI said it was blocked from providing a response. So I tried Trump products and got a number of suggestions about living the luxe life.

Why is Amazon blocking Democrat related brand names?

Amazon's AI tools fail at very basic tasks, yet you are pushing more of it onto 3PL sellers, in order for us to serve as your testing grounds, and lab rats.

Very nice (Sarcasm ICYMI).
