Amazon keeps trying to bill me for $39.99 that I did not sign up for!

I'm new to all this so looking for answers. I signed up for the .99 cent option. NOT the $39.99 option.

Furthermore, it appears that the Google password function in my phone has three different accounts? That's a whole separate issue and may be my Amazon buying regular stuff (shampoo...my dogs collar,.etc) , my Affiliate program, and then this Seller account. I'll deal w that in a minute, but this customer.service representative tells.me that there are NOT duplicate seller accounts. I totally believe her, especially when their computers are so incredibly reliable, as evidenced by this current situation:

It keeps trying to bill my account $39.99. I called customer service for the first one and it appears they refunded. I went in and changed my information while on the phone with the person (that I could not understand bc of their accent!!!!!) . So my account was definitely changed to the .99 cent plan. Two days later I'm locked out of the seller account again bc the system tried to bill my card again for $39.99 but was unsuccessful bc they used.an old, random address from when I bought things (shampoo...myndog. collar, stuff on my original.buyer Amazon account, before I knew.aboit the seller option and affikiate orogram) on Amazon and had them shipped to another address!!!!

Heads firmly placed up rectum!!!!!

So I'm reluctant to change the address on the card now.it now and thinking I will just.not do this reseller thing and close it all bc they can't seem to get their stuff straight and I haven't even started yet!!!! If they had been successful in their unauthorized charge, they would have over drafted my bank account by a few hundred dollars due to fees!!!!!

I was just trying to log on and go to their learning section and see how to do all this. I don't even have one listing up yet. I was waiting to allocate some time.tomsit.doen.a d absorb the information. I have an actual job and a farm to run, too.

Log into your account from a desktop/laptop computer. Go into your account and settings and make sure you are on the individual plan. The Pro plan costs $40/month. Don't believe what a seller support rep may have told you. Know that your account is set to the plan you want.

Welcome to selling on Amazon! This is an indicator of the way things operate here. You sound very busy, make sure you think about whether a side hustle here is worth the agro.

I know you shouldn't have to, but if you signed up for the North America Unified Account (USA, Mexico and Canda) make sure all platforms are on "Individual" account setting.

Other than that, I got nuthin, except to wish you Good Luck.
