As a reminder, please note that effective April 15, 2024, we'll update the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement (BSA) to reflect certain changes including the following key ones:

1. Transaction Processing Services will be provided to you by Amazon Payments Singapore Private Limited instead of Amazon Asia-Pacific Holdings Private Limited, and the terms and conditions of the Amazon Payments Singapore - Selling on Amazon Payments User Agreement (APS User Agreement) will apply for all transaction processing.
2. Update provisions governing conflicts between the General Terms, Service Terms, and Program Policies.
3. Clarify our processes around funds withholding and identity verification for suspected fraud and abuse, including adding appeals language to make funds withholding appeals processes more transparent.
4. Update provisions regarding disposal of Unsuitable Units.
