Account Deactivated due to AHR - no option to appeal

Our seller account has been deactivated after our AHR dropped from 150 to 16 overnight without any new violations.

The main issue is that some items violated publications laws in Singapore, mainly due to us having 'build international listings' enabled which listed our US FBA items in SG that ended up bypassing our normal checks. We have fixed and removed that connection, but there is no way to appeal those previous violations and bring up our AHR.

Does anyone know if there is an escalation path to submit an appeal in order to reinstate our account? There is no button to appeal in our health dashboard.
