Fake Review: This review does not have the "Verified Purchase" mark

To Amazon review team and community team,

Because Amazon has zero tolerance for fake reviews, so I have reported this review to the Amazon team many times as a fake review, but the review team does not remove it. I don't understand why a bad review without VP mark is not a fake review. Could you please help to investigate this review again? Thanks for your help in advance.

This review does not have the "Verified Purchase" mark, so the buyer did not buy this product, but the review said Stopped Working After 3 Uses. If the buyer has not purchased the product, how can it be said that it Stopped Working After 3 Uses?

How do you know they never purchased it? Maybe not from you, that doesn't mean they didn't buy it from someone. Anyways, you can quit harassing support bots, they don't read it anyways. It wont be removed

There is no product review requirement that they buyer must have purchased it on Amazon. That's why some reviews are marked "verified" -- those buyers did purchase on Amazon.

If someone wants to write a review of a book they read, it doesn't matter in the slightest where they bought the book -- the review is just as valid.

Same thing with a toaster oven, or paring knife, or socks, or ....

Hello @Seller_53sS5ZSoVjzQW,

Thanks for the post! As already mentioned by the community, if a review is not marked as Amazon Verified Purchase it doesn't mean that the reviewer has no experience with the product, just that Amazon couldn't verify that it had been purchased on Amazon. This help page does offer more information regarding reviews.

Also, please remember that if you find a product review on Amazon that you think violates our posted guidelines, you may use the Report abuse link that appears beneath the review. You may review more information about Report a Violation here.

Kindest regards,

Veronica_Amazon
