Can't ship UPS, getting an authentication error on all the UPS options
All USPS and FedEx options have been available for years in Amazon shipping options. UPS options are all unavailable and have been for at least months (have not used Amazon shipping previously so they may have always shown this error). Here is an example of the error (screenshot also attached below):
UPS Next Day Air®, UPS external API call failed with Error, UPSError(errorCode=250002, errorDescription=Invalid Authentication Information., errorSeverity=Authentication)
All UPS shipping options are grayed out and show the same error code & message. Have checked every setting I can find, tried filing a case with Seller Support (and received a complete useless answer to a completely different question). Would like to use Amazon to ship everything but can't without UPS available.

My guess would be that you have connected your own UPS account to buy shipping and that something needs to be updated regarding that. Try going to your buy shipping preferences and checking your carrier accounts.

Thanks for the response Odrade. Nothing wrong with the UPS account (we ship several packages with it everyday) but I wanted to update what fixed the problem for anyone searching:
Unlinked the UPS account then relinked it in the carrier settings. That, for some reason only the Amazon gods could decipher, fixed it. All UPS options are now available in Amazon Shipping.

I assume you are trying to use Amazon's UPS buy shipping instead of your own UPS account. WHY?
If you use Amazon's buy shipping UPS account and something happens, you are NOT the shipper of record - Amazon is and Amazon will do NOTHING to help you with a claim. In other words YOU are responsible for all losses.
Set up your own UPS account - its free - and do NOT link it to Amazon.
