"Sorry, there was a problem" error after "Add to cart

I have set up my account and put one item on there, everything looks good but when I click "Add to Cart," then the message "Sorry, there was a problem" appears, why?

Tried to "add to cart" using other Amazon account or public but still the error persist.

Appreciate a lot your insights on this matter.

Thanks for your post and welcome to the Seller Forums!

As your buyer account will be linked to your selling account, it may not possible for you to progress with purchasing your own products.

However, I would recommend that you review the information you have entered for the listing. If you have entered dates in areas such as the Publication Date, Launch Date and Release Date you need to make sure they are correct and not in the future as that would make the item unavailable. If you have entered a date in the Restock Date section this should be removed as this will cause issues.

Once you have checked all these areas and if you are still having issues I would recommend creating case with Seller Support so that they can investigate the issue in more detail.
