Restricted Products Removal of Horse Chestnut

I've been selling Horse Chestnut supplements (ASIN: B08MGZ5SN7) for the better part of five years now with no issue, but in the last few days I've had an absolutely frustrating time trying to figure out why my listing has been removed for restricted products violation. Nowhere is it stated throughout any of amazon's resources that Horse Chestnut is now a restricted product or a drug product. I've done three days of digging to try and sort out this mess with three different cases opened and I've only gotten the same, generic, bot response of:

Your listings do not meet our standards. Refer to the following details:

This product has been identified as an unapproved drug product or a drug product that does not comply with Amazon's policy. For more information please see: https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/external/200164490?referral=A2F2CRSAPSEITO_A37OFL5A2CFXVM

-- ""Restricted Products FAQ"":

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/help/hub/reference/CYAVS22E6CQKV2B

No where on these links does it display Horse Chestnut as a prohibited or restricted product. I have not made any disease claims and have followed the guidelines to the letter. Even so, my product was delisted without warning.

I'm completely stumped on these responses. They don't delve into specifics, they expect me to instantly understand the cause and effect, and I'm left totally in the dark about how to move forward. My only hope now is to make this forum post so an actual human at amazon can see this and escalate my case.

I'm not sure if there are any other supplement sellers that are active on this forum but if anyone could provide insight on this kind of thing, I'm open to discussing it. There are DOZENS of listings of identical products with identical ingredients as my own, and they are active with no issue at all. I really need help here.

A quick addendum. If the issue is of images, descriptions, claims, or bullet points, I could correct those issues to get the listing reinstated. However, no communication from amazon indicates that I've made any of those mistakes, and that this is just a restricted drug product.

"Nowhere is it stated throughout any of amazon's resources that Horse Chestnut is now a restricted product or a drug product."

Amazon has so many thousands of pages of things on the site that it can take days/weeks/months for whatever department makes a change (such as adding something to a restricted list) to even FIND where they have to make changes.

They still have the audacity to say that INVOICES are acceptable in some dark corners of their rules and look at the dozens/hundreds of sellers suspended because of that!

I doubt that anyone can keep up with what Amazon is changing on an hourly basis these days!

I would suggest you take a very close look at your label in addition to spelling mistakes on your bottle there are claims you are making as there are also claims being made on your listing's title. Amazon has an inconsistent policy on this for some companies there allowed to use certain words while others are not. I've found larger companies doing millions of dollars in sales being permitted while smaller companies can not use those same words. I'm sure there's more to it than that but anytime you say what your product does is a claim. Support for, recovery for, antioxidant, anti inflammatory, ect.

There is a supplement/vitamin seller on another forum: Sellers ask Sellers. A long-term dealer, used to be on OSFE before there was a dash for the door and often is referred to when there is a vitamin/supplement issue. I would contact them. The name posts under will probably be familiar to you if you've been selling here 5 years.

Have you checked on-line to see if the referrals for horse chestnut supplement have changed? The on-line information states lists many side-effects. Do supplements have an overview similar to the FDA, checking for safety? If a large state such as New York or CA have suppressed selling it-AMAZON would remove most or all, dependent on bullet points.

I would review the listing and remove any health claims from the listing. Health phrases like "Heart Circulation" vs "Circulation for Heart Health" have different meanings to the bots who are trained to locate these phrases and take down the listings. Then you have to submit the info, and see if it is approved by whoever looks at it. Sometimes you get a person who tells you what is wrong with the listing, and It sounds asinine but that is how you get your listing reactivated.
