Inquiry Regarding Amazon FBA and Self-Fulfillment for My Small Business
I am reaching out to ask about the possibility of utilizing Amazon FBA features for my new small business while also fulfilling orders myself.
I understand that Amazon FBA offers excellent benefits such as warehousing, shipping, and customer service support. However, I am particularly interested in maintaining control over the fulfillment process since I am a drop shipper and don't have much inventory
Is it possible to enroll in Amazon FBA while still managing the fulfillment of certain orders on my own? I envision a hybrid model where I can utilize Amazon's fulfillment services for specific products or during peak periods, while fulfilling other orders directly from my own location.

You can have TWO listings of the same ASIN: one FBA (sent by Amazon) and one FBM (sent by you). Go to the listing, click "add another condition", put in a quantity in your FBM listing.
