All of a sudden my ads are not spending
Ive run the same or similar ads all year. Christmas I turned them off to not waste any budget during a time my product isnt really selling and then enabled back on again after new years. But the problem is after I turned them back on they are not working. zero impressions and zero spend in 2 weeks. They all show as delivering and account statuses show healthy. I have tried everything in the trouble shooting guides and manipulated bids but still nothing, Is there an admin that can look into this please? I have submitted 2 support requests but even though it says ill get a reply in 3 days its now been 7days and no reply. Even when i go to my "Case log" it shows no open support cases. I have no idea what is going on and why ads that ive used forever suddenly dont deliver.

You say that the campaign was working for you before Christmas. And, now you have turned it back on and it is not working.
You have already begun tweaking your campaign in an attempt to identify the root cause. This is necessary and support will not be able to tell you why it worked before but is not working now because too many nuances can impact a campaign's success.
Check the keywords you bid for and consider if you have been too strict with exact keyword matches. This may cause your ads to appear less in relevant searches. Campaigns are dynamic. Successful sellers watch the results closely and course correct as they go. You might want to do some Google searches for additional information that may help you design your campaign.
