Shipment to FC LBE1 is lost
We shipped 8 carton boxes goods to LBE1. All of them were delivered on July 3.
It has been more than one month till now. The shipment is still in "Delivered" status.
We created cases but didn't got any useful information.
Is there anything we could do? The value of the goods is close to USD40,000.
And we are running out of stock and lose a lot of sales due to this delay.

Dominic from Amazon here, unfortunately we have no way to expedite a shipment to be received. As soon as the shipment closes if there is a inventory discrepancy we can investigate.
