Is there a way to import Amazon orders on to Quickbooks (not the online version)?

Our company uses Quickbooks for everything. Unfortunately, we have to manually type out each order into it so as to keep track of inventory and such.

For those who don't use Quickbooks, what is your process for fulfilling orders while tracking your products, book keeping, delivery, etc?

You dont have to enter each transaction.

We have been using QB for 4 years and there are multiple ways to do this depending on your situation.

We do ~1k orders a month on AMZ so manually entering is not an option.

There are services that can automate the import but they are problematic and have a cost. We have used 3 and all were a nightmare

Or you could just manually enter the data from each monthly summary (this is the most common way). Basically rather than entering each transaction, all the ap/ar would be manually entered by account. Its common to use the account names directly off of the monthly summaries for ease of use.

You could just use QB for AR/AP and not for inventory at all. Not enter the transactions at all and when its tax time use the 1099k+AMZ annual summary data+QB reporting to enter your income and expenses on the schedule C.
