Invoice template
I am sourcing a product from a distributor. The distributor is the sole distributor of that brand in US market. The brand has mentioned that distributor as sole distributor on its website for US market.
The distributor invoice has all the information which includes distributor's name, address, phone number and buyer's business name and business details.
The problem however is that the invoice doesnot have distributor website address or email address. Will Amazon accept such invoice in case of verification?

Do they say it is a WHOLESALE distributor or is it just a seller of their products?
The bigger FIRST question is -- do you have an LOA from the brand allowing you to sell on Amazon? If you don't it is likely that nothing about the invoice will matter at some point.

Hello @Seller_kr3EOT7TArzoR

I understand you are looking for more information on the requirements surrounding an invoice. I would like to provide some additional details to try to clear up any confusion.
Every invoice should have the contact details of that specific supplier. For example, if you are utilizing a distributor of the brand, the invoice should include all of the details about that distributor. If our team needs more information regarding your supplier's supplier, then they may request for additional documents.
In addition, as mentioned by @Seller_kIukTwdhvntAp, it is important to ensure that you have an authorization agreement set up that allows you permission to sell the brand that you are listing. If you do not have authorization, then you will risk receiving disruptions related to intellectual property.
