AMAZON IS THE BEST COMPANY EVER!!
Now that you're here, I just wanted to share my frustration with Amazon. It feels like they want us to fail. I tried adding a coupon to a product with 212 ratings with 4.7/5 stars, and when I asked seller support for help, they said it had "insufficient sales history."
LMAOOOOOO.
Whenever I need a pick-me-up, I come here for a good laugh, and it always makes my problems disappear.

And you are the only seller? Or is this a product that you are a new seller on the listing.

OK, now to say that "ratings" has nothing to do with "sales history", you know it yourself. But yes, it's frustrating.

How many units do you sell per month for this ASIN?

The new coupon parameters are not clear and not accurate, clearly. You expecting a straight answer from support beyond a canned template?

Normal life with Amazon Seller Support! Our fees hard at work again! Employees who slept through their training if they got this and that module! 😂

Thanks for the click-bait. Admittedly I clicked it knowing it was an untruth because at best Amazon is a love-hate relationship.

What's this particular ASIN's L90 and L60 volume? Given the response, it's very likely what they (Amazon) are looking at.

Our coupons were also denied for an "insufficient sales history" on a product that we sell 500+ units a month of

What's hilarious and ironic was today's poll was "Amazon is good for small businesses". Once I stopped laughing hysterically, I counted the ways in under 250 words how they are not.

I have the same problem. I have a summer product, but sales have been really slow for some reason even with the heat waves going on in the US. But I tried something new. I went to FBA inventory and clicked Create a sponsored products ad on the right. Suprisingly, I saw a noticable lift in sales the next day. I normally felt that that button was only enriching amazon, but it seems to work. Amazon chooses keywords from your own product listings so theres nothing for you to do.
