Shipping Template Changed
I highly recommend checking ALL of your shipping template delivery windows!
Seems we are slowing being pushed into the Migrated shipping template.
Yesterday and today many of my listing delivery timeframes have changed. Amazons On Time Delivery Rate and suggested shipping services on a large amount of orders
put us in the hole on the Amazon delivery timeframe to be in the GREEN for On Time Delivery. An $8.00 item suggested to ship at a minimum price of $13.
$150 item to ship at $54.
I try to keep up with all the changes, seems to be a monthly deal. Just dropped Puerto Rico Shipping and Alaska due to the expected timelines.
Since 2017 never had as many delivery and shipping expectation changes. As a small business seems the waters are getting a bit more difficult to sail.
Just a heads up> check your shipping templates and delivery dates! Goodluck!

I'm having the same problem, but I didn't change anything. Now, I have to change to 5-10 days to avoid the costly shipping charges. Amazon should have some type of default to not charge the seller MORE IN SHIPPING than what we are actually charging for the item. It's INSANE that they expect us to eat the difference. Some items, I make a $1 profit and the shipping is $20 over what I would normally pay.
