What's wrong in FC LBE1?

What's wrong in FC LBE1?

Our shipment FBA1853956VL sent to FC LBE1 has been rejected many times since July 5. Seller supports told us everything was ok there. DHL asked us to urge Amazon to receive the boxes but I couldn't find anybody from Amazon to do so. Some other sellers told us LBE1 was a horrible place because they never provided available inventory but only reserved units forever. What should I do?

I just took a look into case 15607726611 and see that one day ago, Seller Support provided you with suggestions on a path forward with this. Have you been able to follow those steps provided within the latest response?
