Easy Ship calculated the shipping cost to be 4 times higher than the rates
I received an order for 4 of my items, of course I want to send them in one box, but Easy Ship calculates the cost of shipping at the price of four separate packages. Opened the case but the support says everything is correct, how can this be true?

I don't think EasyShip is an Amazon product/service, so contacting Amazon support won't get you anywhere. Assuming the 4 units are all in 1 order, just use Amazon's buy shipping. Pack all 4 into one box, measure and weigh it and purchase shipping.

Hello @Seller_jpER5azercgod, while I'm not familiar with the specifics to Mexico's Easy ship, I can provide what I know about Easy Ship in the U.S.
Items for a given order should be sent within one package. Can I have the Seller Support case IDs so that I may review the details?
Once registered with Amazon Easy Ship, there will be no option for sellers to self-ship unless the ASINs are not eligible for Easy Ship.
