NSF Problem with payment offers - Amazon Testing for Dietary Supplement

NSF Problem with payment offers - Amazon Testing for Dietary Supplement

We have chosen NSF to do the Amazon testing for Dietary Supplement. After going back and forth for 3 weeks (because their dashboard is not working). After 3 weeks they come back with a quotation only to find out that they do not accept international credit card and only accepts ACH/bank transfer through banks based in United States!

This is very unfortunate, we have committed our time to wait for the quotation and all, only to find out that they cannot accept our form of payment

I reached out to Amazon about this, I hope they require these testing facility to accept all form of payment. Amazon have sellers from all over the world, these testing facility are being biased and costing us so much time.

Is there anyone that is on the same boat as me? FYI also, I reached out to Eurofins to ask for their payment terms, and they are the same like NSF. So far UL has not responded to any of my emails.
