today i want to add another store
but team of amazon make all my store deactivated.
intel i book an appointment, and complete the identity verification
i don't know why and i dno't know what they want to ask me in the appointement .

Unless you are selling ENTIRELY different products in entirely different categories you are only allowed ONE STORE in your lifetime.
If Amazon suspended them all it is very likely that you have product overlap!
OR you don;t have an LOA from the brands allowing you to sell on Amazon. There is an epidemic of that problem going around.

If one account is deactivated, ALL linked accounts are deactivated. You can't just open another one to get around problems.
You need to follow the instructions; book an appointment and go through identity verification. The notice sent to you will have more details as to what specific things they are looking for.
