Product detail page removed for product tampering

I created the ASIN on January 23,2024 with the brand name generic and I invested a lot of money on Amazon ads but when my brand got registered I decided to change the brand name from generic to my brand name, Although It changed, but but after two months Amazon considered it as a product detail page tampering. In that time Some unauthorized sellers were trying to change the content of my listing and I reported them by opening a lot of cases with Amazon but I did not get their help.

Now I have contacted my account health specialist and he told me to go to seller support team and revert the product title back to original one. When I contacted the seller support team, they assured me that the title has been changed but It was not reflecting on the manage inventory page, and they also told me to contact account health team saying that this issue is under the consideration of compliance team.

When I contacted the compliance team, they told me that the title is not changed and you should contact the seller support team.

Indirectly, both teams are referring towards each other and they have no solution regarding this problem.

My listing had the BSR 4 and it was high ranked listing in the marketplace of USA

That is correct. A listing created as "Generic" can NOT be transformed in a branded listing. You will have NO success by asking this from some seller support employee. EVEN if they do so, the same bot will crawl it two days later and take it down again.

So your only solution is to take a new UPC from GS1 and to create a new BRANDED listing. If you have inventory at Amazon: removal order, replace the FNSKU, send in again.

@Seller_rI7BZIczK8iAC has made excellent points here. You may only update detail pages to better or more accurately describe the product as originally listed. For example, permissible updates include additional details, clarifications, grammatical fixes, or removal of content that violates Amazon policy. If you choose to re-brand a product, please refer to Amazon Brand Name Policy page for minor Brand name changes. Any major Brand Name change requests are considered re-branding and will not be supported. To protect Customer trust and ensure catalog quality, we ask that you create a new ASIN for the new product.
