3D view Not displaying

3D view has been successfully uploaded, but it hasn't been displaying on the iOS mobile and desktop versions. Additionally, although it's visible on some iOS devices, there hasn't been an update on the desktop version. Customer support has been asking me to wait, and it's been two weeks without any updates.
