Hello everyone.
I receive a notification in the advertising account -
There’s an issue with your payment method and your campaigns have stopped delivering.
Go to Billing for details.
I have an active credit card, there is a positive balance on the Amazon Account.
Verification is passed, there are even already sales, listings are active. I don’t understand what the problem is, please help!
Support does not give me any answer, please give advice

Hello @Seller_eFGP8Kw4pA8X6- thanks for surfacing this situation here on the forums. I was able to locate the investigation internally and have followed up on it from my end. I'll be sure to let you know any updates as I am made aware of them, though that case ID will be the primary location new updates will be sent through!
