Will anazon accept a LLC and bank account with only company name on
Hello
I have a question.
I would like too know will amazon accept a LLC with just only a company name on it, ? and a bank account made on the company name ?, and when for verification, i will show myself, with driver license or yes everything you need from me.
PS. i mean only a company name on the LLC and bank account, no owner name or employer name on it.

Steve from Amazon here, thank you for the question. Seller accounts can be opened and connected with LLC companies. I am unable to answer if in your specific situation if said bank account documentation would be approved or not. I recommend that you go through the verification process with the documentation you have.

You can create an account as a business account tied to an LLC however Amazon will need to verify the identity of the legal representative or beneficial owner registering the account. The person registering the account, also known as primary contact person, will need to provide two documents - an identity document and an additional document.
Please see below for more information. We require at least two documents in order to verify your identity:
Identity document - A government-issued photo identity document that is used to confirm one’s identity, such as a passport or national ID. This document must match the proof of identity information selected under Identity data.
Additional document:
- Business Licenses: We require a document that proves that your business is valid, such as a business license or equivalent business document. This is a government issued statement displaying information on your business.
- Proof of address: We collect a proof of address document, such as bank statement or credit card statement. A bank statement is an official document issued by your bank or other financial institution that summarizes your account activity over a certain period of time - typically one month.
- Additional documents for legal and compliance obligations. Based on your business' physical location or the store(s) in which you operate, we may request additional documents and information about your business.
