Deactivation Risk: OTDR

Hello everyone!

We've had a Deactivation Risk for a third time this time. The first and second times we called the customer support team and they removed the notice, as there was no appeal button in the Account Health tab. The reason was because of our low OTDR that keeps dropping. We have SSA enabled, and it indicates that it will automatically calculate the delivery date from our location to the customer's location. However, it doesn't seem so. SSA usually gives 4-5 days delivery including handling time which is impossible from our location. It takes at least 10-14 days for the package to be delivered including handling time. I am still confused about the calculation for the OTDR, and the promise extension. We are not using Amazon Buy Shipping or APIs, this is another problem for us. The handling time is automatically set for 2 days and is not a problem for us, but the shipping or delivery time is automatically set differently from 2 days to 5 days. Is it possible to adjust the delivery time ourselves? What is the best action for this?
