Customer left one star product review that explicitly violates community guidelines
Hello,
I have reported a 1-star product review for violating the Community Guidelines using the following methods, however, the product review has not been taken down:
Reporting the review in Seller Support Case ID 17442227441
Support Case ID: 17415546871
Using the 'Report' button next to the review; like 5 times?
Sending an email to community-help@amazon.com
In line with the forum post So you want to remove a customer review?, I am providing two reasons why this review should be taken down.
1. Comment about pricing
2. The customer is clearly promoting another brand.


I kindly request the removal of this product review due to the clear violations of the Community Guidelines.
