Amazon-optimized shipments are never available to us
We want to adjust to the new shipment splits rules and use Amazon-optimized shipment splits.
But Amazon doesn't give us that option, no matter what we do.
We've used a variety of options and shipment shipment settings, but never, under any circumstances is Amazon-optimized shipment available to us.
I've given examples of our shippments that meet all the requirements.
I emphasize that shipment splits are not available to us even when our shipments have only 1 SKU, a standard-size item, and it doesn't need special handling. Each box contains same quantity of the SKU, which means item quantities are equal across all boxes. And we are in a geographically well accessible location. This should quality shipment splits.
In the cases, I gave examples of such our shipments that meet all the requirements
For example, we created a shipment for items with "Amazon barcode" SKU. The shipment consists of 60 boxes, all on standard-sized pallets. Despite these details, the options for "Amazon optimized shipment splits" and "partial shipment splits" are still unavailable.
We also have created shipment of 50 boxes, no specific handling categories are included, and all boxes contain the same SKU. We have created shipments with 10, 40 and even 80 boxes. But we have never been able to select anything other than minimal shipment splits.
We have created several cases. We had many calls with Amazon's support. And we've gotten a lot of the same template responses with recommendations that we're already implementing.
For a month now, the support team can't explain to us why we can't use Amazon-optimized shipment splits and why we have to pay higher Fee.

Support team can't explain because it's all an algorithm, which they don't have access to.
Out of curiosity, have you tried doing small parcel (SPD) UPS Ground? How does the total cost compare to your LTL pricing?

@Seller_n7bSlCQ6MpaMp - Can you provide more information and screenshots of your Send-To-Amazon page as you are trying to create these shipments? Without more context it's hard to give advice.
How many items do each of your boxes contain? This is a HUGE factor - if your boxes only contain a few individual units then it's possible you're not shipping "enough" - according to Amazon - to have the shipment split.
How many of these items do you typically sell in a week? Again, HUGE factor that contributes to the first question. If you sell an average of 50 of these items a week but you're only sending in 50 units then this doesn't cover what Amazon would need to disperse across their warehouses and they aren't going to split the order.
Is this your own branded item or are you a reseller? I know I'm sounding like a broken record but...again, makes a huge difference. If you are reselling an item then Amazon is going to look at inventory from other sellers that are selling the same item. In that case there's a good chance Amazon only needs inventory in certain warehouses and they aren't going to split the shipment.
