Help remove inventory from stores that have been closed since 2022
Greetings,
Our store was closed on November 30, 2022, but the inventory has not been removed until now, resulting in the account being charged storage fees. This is obviously not normal!
At present, we cannot create a removal order for the product, nor can we contact the relevant personnel of Amazon to solve this problem.
So please help to find out what is going on, and help to remove the product inventory as soon as possible, and stop charging us for storage!
ASIN: B0B88C6GJG; Number of products that cannot be removed: 20.

The account was closed or deactivated? Because you can't remove inventory from a deactivated account but will still accrue storage charges.

Those cups were added to Amazon only at the end of August so what triggered the removal?
@Seller_OvL8C4BJWiuS9asked about any suspension.
IF it is suspended find the suspension notice and POST THAT (the ENTIRE thing) but remove all personal information first.
Anyone answering will need to see what wording they used and what they are asking for.
If it is a Section 3 violation for dropshipping anyone responding needs to see the language to determine if it included the 'death sentence' wording.
NOTE -- If it was for IP, RA, OA or dropshipping you will NOT get the products or the money in your account back because you have no chain of custody and proof of authenticity.

Hello @Seller_2axlczNHyhyG8,
I would be happy to jump in here and assist. Do you happen to have an open case ID with Seller Support on this issue?
After an initial review, it appears the inventory in question is at a fulfillment center location that cannot process removals. If you do not have an open case with Seller Support, I would start off by creating one here. They should be able to assist to move the inventory to a fulfillment center which can process removals. In addition, they should be able to look in to your appeal that was submitted once the account was deactivated, and determine next steps for potential reinstatement.
King regards,
