Remove 360 view / 3D model

Hello. I am quite annoyed that the "View in your Room" feature is showing up as my 3rd graphic and deletes one of my infographics. How is this even a good idea?...

I want to have it removed because it totally disturbs the information flow. I already requested support to delete it, but have gotten no help so far as communication seems to be hard due to language differences.

Also I have the issue that my product video shows up in 6th place instead of my infographics, again, totally destroying informational flow.... This only happens on mobile though! Is there any way to fix this? Its annoying the hell out of me at this point.

I'm sorry you're running into issues with deleting 3D content, and I understand the frustration.

I see that our Support team is reviewing this issue with a partner team in your case ending with 3891. I'd recommend giving more time for the team to review your request to delete the 3D model.
