Hello everyone, I am a new Amazon seller and it has been two weeks since I uploaded the UL compliance. However, it is still pending approval without any specific response despite my efforts in providing multiple cases and reasons for consideration. I would appreciate further guidance and advice regarding this matter. Thank you

There is not enough information provided to give a good answer. Are you sending the UL certification for a product of which you produced and are the rights owner, or a certificate for someone else's product you want to Sell?
