Reviews Violating Community Guidelines - Refund/Return Issues

Hello,

We have two one-star reviews that we believe violate Amazon's community guidelines regarding ordering issues and returns. We have tried reporting these reviews, emailing community-help@amazon.com and engaged in multiple SPS tickets. SPS support just tells us to report the review and email, but cannot assist any further. We haven't received any response or resolution from reporting or emailing, so we're looking to what the next steps are.

Even if Amazon is finding that the reviews do not violate the community guidelines, it would be nice to receive a response with an explanation of this and why it doesn't qualify as a violation.
