Help Needed – US Account Blocked Due to AU Account Deactivation
I hope you’re doing well. I’m reaching out because I really need some advice or guidance on an issue that’s affected my Amazon business.I live in Australia, and I’ve been operating on the US Amazon marketplace under my Australia business number. Everything was going fine until suddenly, my Australian Amazon account got deactivated — even though I’ve never sold anything on it or even used it. Now, because of that, my US account has also been deactivated. I’ll share the details below

Yes, if ONE account is deactivated the other one becomes it too. (Btw WHY do you have TWO accounts??? You could sell on ALL marketplaces with ONE account)
Now, unfortunately, the AI found something you did that was against the TOS. Unfortunately there is no return from "deceptive, fraudulent and illegal". Since you never sold anything on that AU account, it has to concern something you did before creating that account, as a customer. Like receiving free products against reviews, reviews for friends, family or a social media group etc.
Unfortunately no one can help you in this case. How you want to proove something if the AI has proofs of the opposite?
You can not close these seller accounts and wil never again be allowed to create another one.
