Hey guys! I am trying to understand. I have a few refunds, and they are in the same week after I sent orders. Does it change my pre-fulfillment cancellation rate? What should I do to increase my account health? Thank you guys

No, it does not. That rate only gets affected if cancelled before shipped.
Provide Amazon the information they require to fix your violations, and follow Amazon's Policies and rules that you agreed to.
