Recently our trademark has been changed from pending at the uspto, to registered, and active. I have contacted brand registry to get help with this, they send me to seller central help. They tell me I need to contact the specialists in brand registry. Again, I am getting the run around. If anyone can help me with this, it would be greatly appreciated. I guess I should say our trademark is registered with brand registry. The problem is it shows the trademark as pending at the USPTO. They will not let you register with project zero until the trademark is fully registered. This is why I am trying to get our status up to date.
