Counterfeit without a Test Buy11
Hello, ive been selling on Amazon for about 3-4 Mos now just regestered for my brand so i want have to deal with this anymore so i got Counterfeit without a Test Buy on two genric products and on the other 3 it was ungated and did ask any question the little emblem is every where for sale...if the product is idinticale to the product it self which is a replacement part for a emblem? like if its excatly the same? i dont understand why its wrong. so basicly they made a brand and just buy the product where i would buy the product and leave it a open gate with no information on how to go about working with them and i get Counterfeit without a Test Buy ? no one said anything about a test buy or i would of did that? also was told if its open gated i could see the product from some one i want say... lot of misinformation.. but i did make a brand so i want have to deal with this but my accocount has has perfect states... besides .9 defect rate im learning as a i go... i have put everything i own into this.. and to get all 5 complaints at once at the same time pirod makes me belive its one person with mutiple accounts bullying there way threw amazon. but the genric listing ?? i dont understand... i pray this get resoved. and i love amaozn and its bussnies model.. any advice would be helpfull thanks

I see that this is a duplicate post from the other thread that you created on the same topic over here. Please only create one thread per question as it can create confusion and duplicate work for the support team and other sellers providing guidance. Additionally creating multiple threads on the same topic could be seen as spam on the forums and go against forums guidelines.
To appeal this counterfeit complaint, you need to prove that these items are not counterfeit. You can do this by sending in invoices to prove the authenticity of your product.
Because intellectual property complaints are report by a right’s owner or a representative for the brand, you also need to make sure you are asking permission to sell their brand. You can also provide a letter of authorization or a licensing agreement to prove the authenticity of the product.
Have you asked the right’s owner is if was okay to sell their items on Amazon? If so, were you provided with documentation like a letter of authorization?
Who is your supplier? How do you know that you are being supplied with authentic goods?
