Section 3 account under review

I received a notification from amz on January 2nd, stating that my account was under review under section 3 and required to be verified via video call and upload of documents to prove the authenticity of my ASINS. I completed the verification on January 6th. After the verification via phone call, I received another email requesting the same documents previously uploaded (without any link to upload them). I have not received a response, I need guidance on this matter.

I just had this happen and I resent the requested documents by replying to the email that was sent. Then I heard back and all was good. Yes it was the same documents that I had already submitted. Hope this helps
