Problem with Premium A+ content

I am currently facing an issue with premium A+ content.
I have met the requirements for Premium a+ content for a few months now. but it still doesnt unlock for me. Can you please help?

I checked in with our internal point of contacts and it appears the content being created for A+ content is not meeting guidelines. Some of of the Enhance Brand Content are duplicated with overlaid text on top of one another so you are unable to read the product description.
While the product and the brand are fine, the content in the EBCs and Brand Story are not meeting standards. When you create your A+ Content and your Brand Story, it should:
- Enhanced product description: Provide more details on product features and uses to complement the bullet points and images on the main product detail page. These additional details help customers make purchase decisions by proactively answering their questions.
- A+ brand story content: Educate customers about the history of your brand, the brand’s values, and product lines.
